Suva KBV Conference - virtual journey in five stages
Originally, Suva invited to the Customer Advisor Conference as a live event. However, due to the current situation, the event concept was changed. Instead of a classic event with physical presence of the participants, the company has designed a digital event series, which will be held in five stages.
The presentations and discussion rounds are produced in the auviso Video Studio as well as other temporary video studios and broadcast in a livestream. While the speakers, the management circle, the organising committee and the translators are present in the studio, the client advisors follow the conference digitally from their agency, home office or wherever they happen to be.
auviso is allowed to comprehensively accompany the digital event series. For this purpose, we set up the video studios in the Suva branding. The broadcast of the video recordings takes place via a livestream, whereby auviso also implements the corresponding landing page for this, produces a highlight film in parallel and integrates the question and voting tool. In addition, auviso is responsible for the audio, video and lighting technology as well as simultaneous translation into three languages.
Prevention event
At the one-day prevention event, Suva proves that not only lectures and discussions can be conveyed via livestream, but also fitness exercises with the coach.
