auviso was responsible for various key functions to ensure that the event ran smoothly. This included the planning and implementation of the audio, video and lighting technology as well as stage management. In addition, we had oversight of the entire schedule, from the timing of program items to resolving any unexpected challenges. There was also a live broadcast of the event, which enabled interested parties worldwide to follow the event in real time on YouTube.
