155th General Meeting of the AG für die Neue Züricher Zeitung
The general assembly of the AG für die Neue Züricher Zeitung took place on 15 April 2023. Almost 1000 guests attended the event at the Kongresshaus Zurich and followed the presentations, contributions and votes on an imposing LED wall measuring 13x5 metres.
A lot of technology is needed in the background to ensure that all the shareholders can follow the statements of the Chairman of the Management Board and vote on the individual agenda items at a general meeting of this size. auviso has been looking after the general meeting of the AG für die Neue Zürcher Zeitung since 2022. We were not only responsible for the event technology, but also for the overall project management of this major event: conception, planning, catering, decoration and program direction are just a few of the key words here. Further were the production of content or the coordination of the security staff on site – and of course the entire event technology with the impressive LED screen as a highlight.
