On 29 April 2023, Lucerne was once again the venue for an atmospheric running festival. The 45th edition of the Luzerner Stadtlauf (Lucerne city run) took place in the streets of the old town in perfect running weather. Around 12,000 runners and 25,000 cheerful spectators along the course enjoyed Lucerne's biggest running event. Once again, "an entire region was on its feet".
Whether families, school classes or company teams - the 45th edition of the Luzerner Stadtlauf was once again a colourful sports festival that celebrated the shared experience of movement in Lucerne's alleys of the old town. There was also a lot to celebrate in Lucerne's city centre besides the race.
Since 2013, auviso has been the technical partner of this major event and has provided perfect sound reinforcement not only in the start and finish areas, but also along the running course through Lucerne's old town. This meant that the participants could be motivated in best sound quality before the start, congratulated when they crossed the finish line and honoured at the award ceremony. At the sponsor event, auviso was also responsible for the live broadcast of the race on several screens.
