After three years of interruption due to corona, the annual general meeting of Luzerner Kantonalbank AG (LUKB) took place again on 17 April 2023 with a shareholder presence of around 3600 guests at the Lucerne Exhibition Centre (Messe Luzern). In 2023, LUKB once again relied on the proven Lucerne event partners Furrer Events and auviso.
auviso was responsible for the entire technical implementation of the AGM on behalf of Furrer Events. For this purpose, 40 auviso employees were deployed for the installation and operation of lighting, audio and video. 55 tonnes of technology, including a large screen of 38 x 8 metres, 800 m of fibre optic cable, 30 km of other cables and a 40 m2 stage were installed for the optimum technical design in the highest quality. auviso relied completely on LED floodlights for the AGM this year for the first time - and thus reduced the energy requirement by 30 per cent compared to 2019.
