Since 2002, the HSG alumni community has met every two years at the international HSG Alumni Conference to discuss the latest developments in business, politics, technology and society. The 10th anniversary event was digitised: for the first time, the high-profile conference was held as an online conference.
The thematically diverse presentations by renowned speakers, four online sessions with leading HSG professors, numerous workshops and virtual networking made the two-day conference a unique digital event. The 500 participants were able to benefit from around 40 programme points with over 50 speakers. And all this from the comfort of their own homes or workplaces - live or on demand.
For the fifth time, auviso provided technical support for the event. In addition to the professional video recordings and the implementation of the live stream, the full service also included the staging of the studio. Our specialists on site took care of the data handling, the transmission of the content via the digital platform and the provision of the presentations on demand. In total, more than 30 hours of content and almost 15 hours of live broadcasting from the studio were produced.
