The Swiss Federal Wrestling and Alpine Festival in Zug exceeded all expectations this summer. auviso not only provided the perfect sound system for the arena with 56,000 spectators, but was also responsible for the entire audio-visual technology of the public viewing for 8,000 visitors as well as for the event stage in the festival area. A total of 270 loudspeakers were installed, 180 of them in the arena. To ensure that all the technical equipment corresponded with each other, auviso also laid 35 km of cable across the entire festival site. There were 22 km in the arena alone, plus 6 km of fibre optic cable and 50 radio microphones. The company's own material park in Emmenbrücke enabled short and thus environmentally friendly transport routes for the material.
A total of around 260 man-days were worked by up to 30 specialists. The ESAF was also a superlative assignment for auviso.
