In the new branch type, Valiant combines personal advice and digital services in an innovative way. The new Basel branch is equipped according to a room-in-room concept. Various modules are integrated into the total area of 345 square metres: a reception with a large screen, consulting rooms, an ATM zone and self-service rooms.
Customers are greeted via video by an employee from the customer centre. After an initial needs assessment, they are directed to a free client advisor for more in-depth advice or to the self-service area for smaller concerns. There, clients can, among other things, open an account, use e-banking or make an appointment for a consultation. With a powerful camera, customer documents can also be easily read.
From digital signage to the consulting rooms and self-service areas, auviso was commissioned to equip the Vailant banks with the necessary technical equipment. A total of 60 Valiant branches will be redesigned over the next three years.
