The bar and event location «Moderne Bar & Karussell» opened in the former Moderne Cinema in Lucerne on 20 April 2023. With a multimedia light show in which oversized paintings by Swiss artists Ferdinand Hodler and Paul Klee move across the walls and floor of the hall, guests are immersed in an immersive artwork of light and sound.
The Klee and Hodler show on an area of 422 m2 on walls and on the floor captivates the guests during the day. In the evening, the location is transformed by projections - depending on the label - into a different ambience: to Brazilian music, for example, guests at the "Me gosta" label are whisked away into South American atmosphere and culture with a light show around the jungle and Rio de Janeiro. "Cosmos" offers guests a view of outer space with its planets and stars, accompanied by the matching techno sound.
auviso was responsible for the consulting, planning, installation and software commissioning of the multimedia system with seven high-performance projectors, thus putting the location in the proverbial «right light» for every event.
