Hybrid working environments through innovative conference solutions
As part of a five-year project, we are modernizing around 500 meeting rooms of the Swiss Federal Railways SBB with state-of-the-art conference and communication technology.
We have been awarded a five-year service contract to equip around 500 meeting rooms throughout Switzerland for the Swiss Federal Railways SBB. This includes various room sizes as well as special rooms with built-in ceiling microphones and cameras.
This project started at the beginning of 2024 and the first meeting rooms have already been successfully realized. Logitech hardware and Hisense displays were installed. These enable hybrid working in every meeting room.
With the Logitech Rally Bar, the touch panel and the associated displays in 65", 75" and 86" inch sizes, a Microsoft Teams system and extensive technology for effortless video meetings have been integrated. The presence and number of people in the room is determined using the Video Bar camera.
In addition, Logitech Sync remote monitoring was installed in the meeting rooms. This is used to monitor and manage the audio and video devices in real time. This system allows IT administrators or technicians to remotely check the status of the devices, diagnose problems and, if necessary, implement immediate solutions without having to be physically on site.
This improves the reliability of the conference technology and minimizes downtime, which in turn improves the efficiency of meetings and presentations in the boardroom.
