The multi-client capable voting system at the heart of this project ensured seamless operation in the provisional council operations.
Council operations were relocated to a temporary venue due to the renovation of the historic town hall. Since then, the parliaments of the canton and city of Zurich have met in the Hard Church (Bullinger Church).
Under the leadership of Kilchenmann AG, which was responsible for the specialist planning for this project, and in successful and seamless cooperation with the construction management of ERNST NIKLAUS FAUSCH PARTNER AG, a complete audiovisual installation was realized in order to maintain ongoing operations in the temporary facility and to be able to relocate it back to the town hall at a later date without any problems. The multi-client capable voting system is the heart of this project, and we were responsible for the procurement, pre-configuration and installation of the hardware as well as the conceptual double check of the system.
The voting system can be used by various bodies such as the canton, the city, municipalities and the youth parliament and can also be used flexibly as a discussion system. In addition, the room can now be used multifunctionally thanks to built-in wireless microphones and presentation connections.
