At the new visitor centre of the Federal Roads Office (ASTRA) in Bern Wankdorf, visitors can gain an interactive insight into current and future infrastructure projects in the region. Spread across three floors, the focus is on digital and flexible exhibits – presented in a modern way and implemented with technical precision.
auviso was responsible for the entire technical design and implementation in close cooperation with MEDIAVILLE, the partner for content and exhibition design.
Highlights include an impressive 270° projection with three 4K HDR projectors from Barco, a five-metre-wide, 90° curved LED wall from Unilumin and an immersive CODA audio system. Media content is controlled via the powerful VERTEX media server, which ensures seamless synchronisation and easy operation.
This installation has created a flexible, adaptable and sustainable visitor centre that not only informs but also inspires.
