This year's SEAT | CUPRA Partner Conference took place at two different locations on 17 and 18 November 2022. Around 160 trade and service partners were welcomed during the two days of the event. On the one hand, the event served to provide information and, on the other hand, to thank the partners for their commitment. We were able to support this event with event technology.
The event had a daytime and evening programme in two different locations. The conference took place in the Westhalle, Parkhotel in Langenthal. Two halls there were equipped with a sound system. Here we were able to convert the halls into 4 additional group rooms. The evening programme took place in the Hotel Meilenstein with Aquarium in Langenthal. We were responsible for the lighting design for both locations as well as the content preparation. For the daytime programme, we implemented the entire stage construction, audio and lighting installation in cooperation with X-Light & Sound Veranstaltungstechnik GmbH, Langenthal.
