After a break of almost 30 years, the legendary Open Air Eschenbach celebrated its impressive comeback in the summer of 2025. For three days, the site was transformed into a lively festival stage – with 19 bands, a varied supporting program, and thousands of visitors.
As part of our 360° approach, we provided comprehensive support for the project: from planning and detailed coordination with the acts to on-site implementation. Our specialists contributed their expertise in a targeted manner to ensure a smooth and exciting festival experience.
The technical implementation covered all event technology for the stage, grounds, and adjacent areas. Particular focus was placed on signal distribution via an 800-meter fiber optic network, an LED setup with three high-resolution screens, and an impressive lighting installation with 132 LED devices. A total of 94 microphones, 58 loudspeakers, and a five-camera live editing system also ensured an unforgettable live experience.
In addition to the main stage, the VIP tent and party tent were also equipped with individual sound and lighting technology. The mobile stage was organized by auviso—including advice on the appropriate design in accordance with the requirements of the performing acts. In total, our team worked around 1,300 hours, from technical coordination and logistics to artist support.
Open Air Eschenbach 2025 was not only a successful revival, but also a wonderful example of how technical precision and creative solutions can go hand in hand. We are delighted to have been part of this special moment.
