Haus der Wirtschaft - Conference and Events Centre (TEC)
The new Haus der Wirtschaft in Pratteln (HDW), in the heart of the Basel region, stands for innovation, business and services. The heart of the building is the conference and event centre (TEC) with a size of 2,000 square metres, which was opened in April 2021.
auviso equipped the 430-square-metre auditorium and the twelve other themed and event rooms with the latest technical refinements. A highlight is the 11 x 3.5 metre LED wall with media server in the auditorium, which scores points with its uniqueness in the region of northern Switzerland. In addition, we were able to install the entire media technology in the auditorium, from the control room to the sound system and microphones to the auditorium lighting and scenographic stage lighting, as well as the curtain system. In the meeting landscape, which is largely thematically structured, we implemented the displays and projectors.
With the in-house multimedia studio, the whole spectrum is covered in times of digital and hybrid events.
IWF Communications takes over technical support for online and hybrid events
IWF Communications, based at HDW, ensures the technically flawless implementation of events in and broadcasts from the auditorium and multimedia studio. The team accompanies the complex planning of online and hybrid events and takes care of the transmission to and distribution on the internet.
Venue services
The cooperation with HDW goes beyond the installation of media technology. Together with IWF Communications, we also provide venue services. Accordingly, we temporarily expand the existing technology as needed and provide support for customer projects.
